Early Arrival Discount (Saturday or Sunday Check-In): If registered by April 15th, $25 per family per night. If registered after April 15th, $75 per family per night.

Early Registration Bonus for 2026: If registered by April 15; Receive a $100 discount toward your 2026 Family Camp Registration (cannot be redeemed for cash).

Pastoral Discount: If registered by April 15; 10% off a pastors camp cost, per family, attending from the member’s church, will be applied at registration once the pastor provides a list of his church families. (Example: if two families from the same church attend camp, the senior pastor would receive a 20% discount, or the discount would be divided among another key promoter.)

Maximum Family Charge: If registered by April 15; $1,500 for a family unit* of six or fewer/ $1,800 for a family unit* of seven or more. Note: the maximum family charge does not include the additional cost for air-conditioned rooms, accommodations at the Family Resort, or the early check-in fees.

*A family unit refers to a family occupying a single room. If a family chooses to split into multiple rooms, they will no longer be eligible for the Maximum Family Charge Discount.

The $200 registration fee is required before a registration can be processed and will be applied to the total camp fee. Registration fees may be refunded if registrations are canceled more than 30 days prior to the event. If within 30 days of the event, registration fees are nonrefundable but may be transferable to another camper or to Northland Camp for the current season only. All remaining balances will be fully refunded.

Registration is confirmed with completed form and $200 registration fee.

Accommodation requests are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Housing may not be guaranteed.

A statement for the balance is issued upon receipt of payments.
