Northland Camp’s 3 Week Recruit Program provides teens (ages 16 and up) with a unique chance to serve in a meaningful way while immersing themselves in camp life. As a Recruit, you'll contribute to key areas such as food service, housekeeping, and maintenance—all while creating unforgettable summer memories!

Why You Should Consider Northland for 3 weeks

Northland Camp’s 3 Week Recruit program offers a unique opportunity for teens (ages 16 and up) to serve in a meaningful way while experiencing life at camp. The summer is divided into three-week sessions, allowing volunteers to commit to a specific timeframe to help keep camp running smoothly.

As a Recruit, you’ll assist in essential areas like food service, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring campers and staff have the best possible experience. In return, we provide free housing and meals, making it an accessible way to serve and grow.

Whether you’re looking to develop new skills, gain hands-on experience in a camp setting, or serve in a Christ-centered community, 3 Week Recruit offers an opportunity to grow while making a real impact.

Sessions:

Session 1: June 16 – July 5

Session 2: July 7 – July 26

HOW TO APPLY

  1. Complete and submit an online application using our form below. Online applications are quick, simple, and easily processed.

  2. Send your Pastoral Reference the Reference Link below if you have not done so yet.

FAQs

  • Housing will be provided for all weeks. Each recruit will be housing with our Operational staff (guy recruits with guy operational staff and girl recruits with girl operational staff).

  • Food: All food will be covered during the week and on the weekends.

    Church: Transportation will be provided to church on Sundays.

    Shopping: Transportation to Walmart on the weekends after Saturday Jobs will be provided.
